Get empowered with a CHILDBIRTH CLASS you and your partner will LOVE!
Are you looking for a childbirth class that gives you the flexibility of learning online, but also the support and encouragement from an instructor?
When you take the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you will:
Get mentored by your own Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, Chanté Perryman!
Learn about evidence-based care, comfort measures, and advocacy!
Get prepared, get answers, get empowered!
First in person class will be June 8th from 11am - 1pm
Final in person Comfort Measures class will be on July 6th (or the 13th depending on the class holiday travel schedule) from 11am - 1pm
By taking the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will learn the evidence for your birth options and you’ll get to meet in-person with an experienced instructor and other parents from around Lexington and Central Kentucky who are on the journey through pregnancy and birth just like you! This hybrid class format allows you to access quality evidence-based materials online, so that it works with your schedule, with the added benefit of local in person mentorship and engaging activities! This class is limited to only 4 couples.
In-Person and Online Class
We will have our first and last classes in-person, and you will do the rest of your learning online!
For the weekly online learning portion, you and your partner will watch class videos on your computer or phone with an easy to read workbook
For every video you watch on your own, you’ll earn points towards fun prizes!
You’ll have access to the Instructor during weekly Zoom sessions (video chat). We’ll pick the weekly date/time for our online meetings based on the group’s availability
Super Ticket Registrants get one additional 45 minute zoom call for a one on one coaching call and review of your birth plan
Mentorship from Chanté Perryman, experienced EBB Instructor
A PDF and video library loaded with the most up to date evidence on topics like Eating and Drinking During Labor, Vitamin K, Due Dates, and more.
BONUS: Breastfeeding and newborn care videos
BONUS: Earn points throughout the class to redeem for prizes at the end
