The crisp air and cold temperatures have come to town and now so is Country Christmas! Mark your calendars for our free, family-friendly annual event which will take place on Saturday, December 2nd from 1-4pm.
This old-fashioned family holiday celebration will take place throughout the homestead! Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with cookie decorating and kids holiday crafts in the "Elves Workshop" at the Schik Nature Center. Enjoy hay rides, visit our friendly farm animals and sign-up with SLK Photography to get your holiday photos taken at our 200 year-old double crib barn. The Presley Tyler farmhouse will also be open to visitors. Meet Moses, Phebe & Presley Tyler, from 1 to 2:30pm and learn more about pioneer life at Blackacre.
Are you on Santa's naughty or nice list this year? Find out when Old Saint Nick makes a guest appearance from 2:30pm to 3:30pm for a meet and greet in the Carriage house!
