     Are you tired of fad diets and failed attempts to improve your health? Are      you ready to:


   Learn healthy habits to manage your health and/or weight for life.


   Learn holistic ways to manage chronic diseases.


  Learn how diet and exercise can help support addiction recovery.


  Learn how to manage stress and reduce anxiety.


The University of Louisville's Instititute for Sustainable Health & Optimal Aging, SOS for Addictions, and the Kentucky Coalition for Healthy Communities is offering a FREE microclinic series to teach effective ways to incorporate small lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime and improve both physical and mental health.  
Classes will meet each Thursday night and run from Jan. 17, 2019 – May 2, 2019
6:00 pm is weigh in and fellowship and class will follow 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
Recruit others for support and join as a TEAM of families, friends, and/or co-workers for contagious health!  Educational resources, incentives and good-natured competition will be available as you form teams!  All are welcome and if you don't have a team you will be adopted!
There are minimum and maximum numbers for class.  Sign up soon to assure a place for yourself or your team.
