Annie Pettry, Chef/Owner of Decca Restaurant welcomes Bravo’s “Top Chef” Stars - Sara Bradley, Chef/Owner of Freight House in Paducah & Caitlin Steininger, Chef/Owner of CWC, The Restaurant in Cincinnati OH - to her kitchen at Decca for a Celebration of High Profile Regional Female Chefs.
The esteemed Chefs will discuss their unique experiences on the show (Bradley & Steininger filmed in Kentucky for Season 16, while Pettry filmed in South Carolina for Season 14) & answer questions about filming, food and everything in between.
The evening begins at 6pm w/a Reception featuring a Signature Maker's Mark Bourbon Cocktail & Hors d'Oeuvres, followed by a 3-Course Dinner w/Wines from Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. Tickets are $90 per person.

1st Course
Warm Lamb & Chicory Salad, Soft Egg, Pear, Sorghum Vinaigrette (Caitlin)
Aunt Norma’s Buttermilk Biscuits, Pear & Bourbon Butter
2nd Course
Pan Roasted Silver Carp, KY Caviar, Sunchokes, Maitake Mushrooms (Sara)
Crispy Sweet Potatoes, Creme Fraiche, Rose (Annie)
3rd Course
Chèvre Cheesecake, Kumquat, Caramelized White Chocolate, Fennel Pollen (Annie)
Guests are welcome to stay after the dinner for an airing of the newest episode of “Top Chef” at 9 pm in Decca’s Cellar Lounge. A cash bar will be available.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Kentucky chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier’s (LDEKY) scholarship fund which provides education and business support to women in the food, fine beverage and hospitality industries.
Set in an historically renovated 1870s building in the NULU section of Louisville, the acclaimed Decca Restaurant features soulful American cuisine.
