VENDOR SIGN UP ONLY- Limited to 25 vendors only - TWO vendors per category. Each vendor must provide wedding planning tips and a $25 value giveaway.
Vendors are responsible for their own backdrops or displays. Booth space is limited and is awarded on a first come first serve basis.
Participation comes with: 60 " round table or 6' table- based on availblity, tablecloth, and two chairs.
No refunds or transfers 30 days prior to the event
Speaking opportunity available by request and availabilityBooth placement: Bliss Events maintains sole discretion, and reserves the right to assign and/or reassign and/or change the location of all spaces or booths at any time.
Removal and Clean up -All vendors are responsible for clean up and removal of items in their vendor space. Anything left behind will be discarded or property of Pure Bliss Wedding Show. If your space is not the way you found it, you will be charged a clean -up fee of $100. Any damage to the venue is the vendor responsibility at the value of the assessed damage.
ATTENTION CATERERS
All food must be precooked and ready to serve- there are no ovens available on site.
Additional Vendor Terms and Conditions:
NO booth sharing allowed. Only the Vendor listed above is permitted to display its products/services. Vendors shall not allow other businesses, organizations and/or individuals to display products/services in their booth.
We will supply you with a list of brides who registered and/or attended this show. Vendor agrees to use the list of names from this show only for the use of the Vendor signed below only and not to share such information with any third party. (Warning – we plant bogus names in our list in order to verify this condition). Failure to follow this condition will jeopardize any future participation in the Bliss Events shows/events.
Bliss Events and Co reserves the right to cancel this show in the event of inclement weather or for any other reason in its sole discretion. In the event of such a cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule this show to another date. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.
