Join Holly (Goodyear) King, RYT 200 Hr Yoga Instructor, this March and April on Monday Nights at 6pm for Beginner's Yoga at 502Hemp!
Holly will lead you through the basic foundational structures of postures, breath work and meditation and stretches that will be beneficial for all students.
The cost of each class is $10 and the class is limited to "6" people.
You must pre-register and pay for the classes on Eventbright in order to reserve your place.
No refunds 7 days before event. You can prepay for all 6 weeks in advance.
