This 1-day course is designed to challenge leaders, firearms instructors or RSO’s to take a critical look at traditional training philosophies and methodologies. Plus, to take the firearms instructor education to the next level of instruction and presentation to enhance their training programs. This course will show instructors how to design and conduct advanced drills that not only pushes their student’s skills to the next level but also maximizes their training time and ammunition allotment. Creativity and thinking outside the "ammo can” are heavily emphasized in this course. The concept taught in this course apply to ALL weapon disciplines for creating better training
NOTE: This course requires the use of semi autos, no revolvers. Students don't need to be certified as a firearms instructor to attend. However, students must have successfully completed a pistol certification course of 16+ hours to attend this course.
