We Believe in the Power of the Team: we need you to join our team!
Walk for Wishes featured at Make-A-Wish Day at Kentucky Kingdom is a great event to engage with our Wish Kids and their families, in a family-fun manner to raise more money to grant more wishes in Kentucky. The FREE Walk Kick-Off event on March 19th is a great way to register your team, learn more about fundraising for the walk, and to hear from previous walk teams, Wish Kids and families, too! It is a great reminder of why we join to celebrate all of our incredible Wish Heroes each year!
The Walk Kick-Off is blast of fun and activity at a NEW location this year—Dave & Buster’s! Come join us with your family and friends to connect people who care, with Kentucky Wish Kids in need! Together, we create life-changing wishes to Kentucky Kids, because of YOU!
Event Highlights:
Special Early Team Registration Benefits, Walk for Wishes Scavenger Hunt, Raffles. All while enjoying food and play that Dave & Buster’s has to offer with Unlimited Video Game Play! All attendees will receive an Unlimited Video Game Play card for free! This card will grant you access to half of the games in the Midway for free for the entire day.
Event Lineup:
6pm - Event starts, registration/check-in
6:30pm- Cassidy Hyde, Make-A-Wish Development Officer will greet the guests and talk about MAW and introduce guest speakers. Learn Tips on How to Grow Your Team!
7:00pm- Guests are invited to eat dinner, play games and check out the new venue!
8:00pm- Event ends, guest are welcome to stay
