Come help us clean up the West Broadway and 18th Street/Dixie Highway business corridors, and show your support for the businesses involved in OneWest's Special Improvement Initiative (SII).
The SII of OneWest is committed to increasing business activity and property values within the commercial/business areas of west Louisville. Our particular area of focus ranges on Broadway from 12th to 29th street, and the 18th street corridor from Oak Street to Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
A Special Improvement Initiative is a defined area, generally in the central business district of a mixed-use corridor of a city, that provides services to the business and residential community. These services include beautification, street and sidewalk clean up and graffiti removal.
Brightside and Passport are hosting a community-wide cleanup this same day, so we are also registered as a Brightside team for the April 13 event.
Participants are asked to meet at One West. Doors will be opan at 8am and the cleanup will beging promptly at 8:30am.
