Interfaith Paths to Peace and Muslim Americans for Compassion invite you to celebrate the Muslim holy month of Ramadan at the 9th annual Interfaith Iftar Dinner (breaking fast at sunset).
This year's event is titled:
Challenge, Collaboration, Compassion
Iftar is the fast-breaking meal observed by Muslims each evening during Ramadan. The Interfaith Iftar is an opportunity for non-Muslims to join our Muslim friends for an evening meal as they break their Ramadan fast. The event includes presentations by community peacemakers and a traditional Middle Eastern meal.
Doors open at 7:30 pm
Program begins at 8:00 pm
Ceremonial breaking of fast at sundown
Buffet dinner at 9:05 pm (sunset)
Catered by Jarfi's
Free event | Reservations REQUIRED by May 6th.
NOTE: This event fills up quickly so make your reservations early.
Free parking is available at Second Presbyterian Church.
