Green Castle Baptist Church Women's Weekend and Girls Conference 2019 will take place September 6, 7, and 8, 2019.
 
The Mission Statement: Building the Kingdom of God through Prayer, Christian Education, Fellowship with each other and Outreach to the community
 
The Vision: Inspiring women and girls to use Biblical Principles to manage their lives and consequently position themselves to support their family, church, and community.
 
The Theme: “Embodying the Spirit of Christ Through Faithful & Obedient Service" with the scripture from 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV).
We are planning a GREAT weekend of events that include:


Ladies Night Out on Friday at 6 p.m. at Lake Forest Country Club at 14000 Landmark Dr, Louisville, KY 40245. This event kicks-off the weekend and includes dinner and a fun ladies night outing that is Christ-centered and purpose-driven. A ticket is required in advance with a cost of $32 which includes meal and program. Featured speaker includes Rev. Paula McCraney of St. Stephen Church.


Women's Prayer Brunch & Girls Conference on Saturday at 8 a.m. at Green Castle Baptist Church at 4970 Murphy Ln, Louisville, KY 40241. This is the 22nd annual women's brunch at Green Castle which includes a continental breakfast, featured speaker, breakout sessions, and brunch meal. This is a FREE event open to the community-at-large to attend, however, we ask for those interested i attending to register in advance so we can properly plan for our fellowship meal. Our featured speaker is Rev. Stephanie M. Raglin of Embry Chapel A.M.E. Church in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.


Women’s Day worship service on Sunday at 11 a.m. with featured speaker Evangelist Misha Maynard of Cathedral of Praise Church in Nashville, Tennessee who spoke last year returning to bless us again with the word. Everyone is welcome and all women are encouraged to wear white with a burst of color.


We look forward to all women and girls joining us for this wonderful occasion. Feel free to share this event.

What should I wear to each event?
On Friday, we ask that you wear festive attire (similar to a wedding or dinner party).  On Saturday, you can wear anything you would normally wear to church.  For Sunday, we ask that all women wear white
