Join us on August 26th at 5:00 pm for a culinary tour of Norwegian specialties. $40 per person. Wine/beer options available for an additional cost. Nordic Dinner Menu: 1st course - Breads & crisps with cultured butter & fresh cheese. 2nd course - Pickled fish, mustard seeds, and Norwegian cucumber salad. Finished with an aquavit toast of Brennevin. 3rd course - Smørrebrød (2) 4th course - Salad including local greens with golden beet, turnip, fennel, caraway koji & preserved lemon vinaigrette. 5th course - Hot salmon with white asparagus, mustard dill & butter sauce. 6th course - Swedish meatballs with mashed rutabaga, beef gravy & lingonberry jam. 7th course - Smör Bakeri dessert offerings served with a coffee infused barrel aged Tattersall aquavit. (non-alcoholic coffee also available). Plus a take home treat! *Please note: Due to the nature of this dinner, there will be no substitutions or dietary restrictions allowed.
