Once again New Horizons is helping Louisville step up their dance game!! For those of us with busy weekly schedules here is a perfect opportunity to get in some high quality instruction on a Saturday!! Kyla Hallums from Nashville will be in the Ville on September 14th so we are excited to have her come and instruct a day of workshops for us! She will also be instructing during the evening of at Louisville Salsa Underground’s monthly night at Hotel Louisville!!! A great day and night of dancing for Louisville!

Kyla Hallums:
After undergoing open heart surgery at 20 years old Kyla Hallums knew that it was time to try some new things. Some things that made her heart soar. She found that in Latin dancing. Kyla felt the music from day one. Growing up, Kyla’s father was a musician. Kyla became a singer before she was a dancer. This is why every follow she leads mentions her incredible musicality! Kyla has an innate sense of where the music is going, and conveys that to her partners with ease. Kyla has trained in all Latin dances, and believes that to be an instructor is to be constantly learning. Kyla travels across the country teaching! One of Kyla’s missions is to inspire body positivity through dance. You will walk away from her classes learning some fun dance moves, feeling amazing about your body, and her kind spirit will warm your heart.
