OFFICIAL COSTUME CONTEST RULES
Contest Entry Period begins at 8:00pm EST on 10/26/2019 and ends at 10:59pm EST on 10/26/2019. Contest begins at 11:00pm EST on 10/26/19 and ends at the conclusion of Contest judging. Only one Entry per person allowed. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and all overseas military installations, who have reached the age of twenty-one (21). Must be present to win. Total of three (3) Winners (each a “Winner”). Total of three (3) Prizes (each a “Prize”). Prize consists of $1,000.00.
