Key Bureau staff members stop what they’re doing to attend an in-house presentation by partners. We learn all about your services, audience, and business and marketing goals. Once we know more about your needs and abilities, we can more readily help promote your products and services to visitors, meeting planners, and travel trade professionals.
Partner showcase sessions are limited to 12 partners on a first come, first serve basis and the meetings are held every other month from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in the Bureau headquarters. Presentations should be five minutes or less in length. This is a FREE event.

What can I expect?
You will have five minutes to present to all attendees informing them of the services that you offer. We average 30 in attendance including Bureau staff, Visitor Information Center staff and registration staff.
What can I bring into the event?
30 brochures/pamphlets/menus
30 business cards
Samples of food (optional)
Door prize (optional)
Small gifts; IE., ink pens, promotional marketing items, etc. to place at each seat (optional)
You may want to bring a few extra collateral materials that will be distributed to staff persons that are unable to attend.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to distribute your materials and network.
If you have a PowerPoint presentation, please email to nfitzpatrick@gotolouisville.com by 5PM – Friday, February 1st.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Please park in our building garage called the BB&T Parking Garage and we will validate your ticket. Please don’t park at the Galt House parking garage as we are unable to validate Galt House parking garage tickets.
To locate the parking garage:
Traveling West on Main Street
Turn Right onto 4th Street
Loop around pass East and West Galt House Hotel
As soon as you pass the West side of the Galt Hotel, you will see a parking garage entrance on your right that has two entrances. If you have a SUV, I suggest you use the first entrance which goes takes you to the bottom level. Second entrance has a 6’8 height requirement. If you pass the BB&T drive-thru, you have gone too far.
Take the elevators located in the garage. Our office is located on the 23rd floo
