Join MECHA for a FREE high energy Resistance class at Louisville Community Park - Band Shelter. Bring your own mat and towel, and we will provide the rest. 40 minutes of high energy fun to give you a taste of what the real MECHA classes are all about. We will perform various squats, lunges, core work and upper body work with resistance bands and your own body weight. A well thought out class to help safely and effectively burn out each muscle group. Class will end with a calming 10 minute stretch to leave you feeling both worked and refreshed.
