Oshogatsu: A New Years Celebration

New Years in Japan is one of the most celebrated holidays. It is all about spending time with family and enjoying good food and drinks. In that spirit, the night will feature a special overlapping, collaborative performance from Black Birds of Paradise and Pleasure Boys, a raucous American rock set from State Champion, primo electro-goodness courtesy of Doctor Girlfriend and a late night dance party with ATOMO and friends. The nights festivities will be hosted by the man, the myth, the legend, Vern, who will also be providing visual accompaniments throughout the night. Come celebrate New Years at your favorite Japanese monster-themed bar with the best bands the city has to offer.

There will be a champagne toast and countdown at midnight and Japanese food specials at the truck out front courtesy of El Lobo Bailando
