Come and create your perfect summer at the Louisville Spiritualist Center with ceremony, yoga and singing alchemy bowls! Join Rachel and Krista for a special class to kick off the summer season! Invite this time of growth and renewal with an outdoor intention setting ceremony behind the Center. Your intentions begin to sink into the cellular level with the healing vibrations of singing alchemy bowls which are made from crystals and are designed to help you sink into a deep meditative state. Rachel will guide everyone through a gentle heart opening yoga flow to push your intentions deep into your body as well as the earth. Class will end with a series of restorative poses, where you can allow your body to root into the earth, with the mystical sounds of the crystal bowls embracing your body, mind, and soul. Throughout the class, Krista may place the bowls on or around your body at a closer proximity to activate deeper healing, and during the deep and restful savasana, Rachel will offer some light hands on healing. Please stay after the class to enjoy some of our favorite light summer refreshments.
