Description

Poke is a Hawaiian dish meaning chunked and marinated fish. That is the inspiration for our custom bowls. You choose every ingredient that goes into your bowl. Start with rice or lettuce, then add vegetables, protein choices of sushi grade fish, steak, chicken, or tofu, toppings, and our homemade sauces. We are proud to be Louisville's first Poke restaurant!
