Claudia, wife of Colonel Sanders, the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken, owned and operated this restaurant, which can seat up to 700 people. When you are in Kentucky, you must try a Hot Brown, which is served at most restaurants in the State. Shelbyville is a small city, but rich in flavor and culture.
