The Harrison-Smith House is a realization of a group's belief that Kentucky has as much to offer and say in the food and beverage world as anywhere. Bardstown, where the restaurant is located is the official Bourbon capitol of the world and that really helps define what they see as the local cuisine and influence their menus. Surrounded by the best distilleries in the world and some of the best farmland as well there is an abundance of local, responsibly raised meats, fruits and vegetables the restaurant pulls from in addition to the local spirits. Beyond anything else, though, is the group's belief that hospitality is our number one job and service to guest paramount. Harrison-Smith House strives to be the most "of the place” restaurant possible and to show off all that Kentucky has to offer.
