La Peche was created by Kathy Cary in the early 90's and became known as a staple in the city as the first establishment to offer gourmet food to go, which coined the slogan "Gourmet-To-Go." The menu consists of signature sandwiches, meals to go, soups/salads, a desert case, homemade potato rosemary baguettes, and all of Kathy's original spreads and sauces.
