Bradford Mills Lofts

Description

The Bradford Mill Lofts will be Germantown's brand new "go to" living space. Turning the former Bradford Mills and the Boyd Moving and Storage buildings into 147 loft-style, Class A apartment units. The buildings are located at the corner of East Oak Street and Reutlinger Avenue. The Bradford Mill Lofts will have a full gym, clubhouse and outdoor swimming pool alongside modernized apartments that will have stainless steel appliances, tall ceilings and granite countertops. Flooring will be a mix of polished concrete and refinished original hardwood.
