Description

The Nelson County Humane Society is a non-profit organization located in Bardstown KY that is dedicated to finding forever homes for unwanted and/or stray animals. We work very closely with rescues to try and move as many animals as possible out of our shelter and rely heavily on our volunteers. All of our shelter animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations prior to adoption. As a shelter we advocate spay/neutering animals due to the overpopulation of pets and for the health benefits! Please consider adopting from us if you are looking for a new pet family member.
