The Saber & Quill is a historical building that dates back to the 1940's located at the heart of Fort Knox. We take pride in displaying our Lincoln's room, which holds the original mantelpiece from the home of Bathsheba Lincoln that was hand crafted by Abraham Lincoln’s father. We are open to the public! Available for rent are nine different rooms for any event ranging from 10-300 guests. Mon - Fri from 11am-1:30pm lunch is available for dine in or take out. Our menu includes burgers, sandwiches, German Cuisine (Schnitzel, Bratwursts), a self-serve Salad Bar, and a daily buffet special. Wed-Fri from 5pm-8pm our bar lounge, Fiddlers Green, is open to enjoy a cold drink or dine-in and order off our ala carte menu. Friday we offer Karaoke starting at 7pm until midnight.
