Since 1978 Seven Counties Services, now Centerstone Kentucky, has delivered care that changes people’s lives. We are the largest non-hospital not-for-profit employer in the Metro Louisville area serving Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble counties of Kentucky.
