Nocomis G. Miner II is both the owner and manager of Brothers' Little Mart. He was inspired to start this business due to the lack of accessibility to snacks, drinks, quick lunch, etc in the Downtown Frankfort area. Working as a parking enforcer in the downtown community, Miner saw what was needed. Because of his working experience in the downtown community as well as being a graduate of Kentucky State University, he is overly qualified to provide this community with the convenience of A New Grab & Go Store. Being able to provide Frankfort the necessities they desire is what excites him about opening Brothers' Little Mart.
