Tickets are $10 per person.Children 12 and under are free with an adultNo pets allowed.

JULY 13 - JULY 28
Weekdays: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.Sundays: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Ticket gate closes an hour prior to listed closing times.

Can I use my purchased ticket on any day the event is running?
Yes, tickets can be used ONE TIME on any day the event is running.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
event attendees will park in the designated parking areas and board a tram which will drop them off at the ticket booth / gate. Tram will also take them back to the parking areas.
Is handicapped parking available?
Yes, there is designated handicap parking.
The following items are not permitted:
No strollers.
No food or drinks allowed in houses.
Houses are not handicapped accessible.

What's the refund policy?
No refunds. All sales are final.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring your printed ticket or save your ticket digitally to your smart phone. Both printed tickets and digital tickets will be accepted at the gate.
Is there a Military discount?
Active and retired military free with ID.
Are animals allowed at the event?
No, with the exception of service animals.
What happens if it rains?
Homearama will be held rain or shine. Attendees may bring umbrellas but will be asked to leave them outside each home.
Will there be a concession stand on site?
Yes, cash only (no credit cards will be accepted).
