La Peche was created by Kathy Cary in the early 90's and became known as a staple in the city as the first establishment to offer gourmet food to go, which coined the slogan "Gourmet-To-Go." The menu consists of signature sandwiches, meals to go, soups/salads, a desert case, homemade potato rosemary baguettes, and all of Kathy's original spreads and sauces. The "meals to go" in the deli case change seasonally as well as the fresh vegetables available.
