Country Boy Brewing:   The Gravy Challenge
Country Boy Brewing is happy to announce our 7 year anniversary is right around the corner and we are ready to celebrate! We will be closing out all of the anniversary celebrations with The Gravy Challenge! The cookoff will be held on Sunday, Feb. 17 from 1-4pm at the Georgetown Taproom (Check-in time is between 11am-12:45pm for competitors). This competition is FREE for all guests, however, we will be accepting cash donations for charity upon check in.
To sign up as a competitor, please select a ticket below. You will then receive more info confirming your entry including which category to enter and which style of gravy you will be cooking!
- Tradtional Gravy (sausage) 
- Non-Traditional (chocolate, chorizo, etc..)
- The JOE category is for the weekend warrior.
- The PRO category is for all chefs, restaurant and other professional cooks.
** Please note you may sign up for the PRO category if you wish, but no professional chefs or restaurants will be able to enter the JOE category.

What to bring/What you will need:
- At least one large batch of gravy (1-2 gallons suggested). The more gravy you make, the more you can sample out. The more samples, the more votes you can collect.
- Bring your gravy at a serving temperature. THIS MEANS BRING IT HOT!!!
- You will be transferring your gravy into metal pans and serving trays with sternos. This will allow you to keep your gravy warm for the duration of the event.
- If you bring your gravy in a throw away container, it will make it simple on you when transferring it. Any container is acceptable though.
- Please bring a ladel or spoon to serve your gravy.  
- Country Boy will supply the following: tables, aluminum pans, sternos (extra as well), plastic gloves, plates, spoons/forks and small biscuits for everyone. (one bisquit per tasting)
- You must provide any add-on items: sausage links/patties, bacon, hash browns, etc. but it is not necessary. Please also bring anything you would need to serve these items: tongs, spoon, cooler if items need refridgerated. Country Boy will not provided any additional heat source for the add-on items. Only your (1) set of pans and sternos per competitor.
