Food preservation has changed over the last 200 years. Scientists have found ways to produce safer, higher quality products, including the design of better equipment and supplies.
Home food preservation involves lots of time and resources. Make sure to make the most of your efforts and harvest by following the correct procedures.
Join us to learn about water bath canning and pressure canning. Select one of four upcoming sessions to learn how to best preserve all your beautiful fruits and vegetables safely.
