Barre3 is a full-body workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. Each class incorporates strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
All levels of fitness encouraged. Please bring your mat. We can’t wait to meet you!
Our friends Samantha Perkins and Jennifer Newman will have Young Living goodies to take home and Elixar Kombucha will be there to keep the celebreation going after class!
