10:45am-12:15pm - How to Lead when going in different directions - Bill Lamb, President and General Manager of WDRB and WMYO - While in the workforce, you deal with multiple personalities and ways of thinking. As a leader, how do you bring these varying views together to achieve success and complete projects effectively? How do you facilitate collaboration? This course will introduce you to the social media landscape by walking you through each platform’s purpose, capabilities, local audience, marketing capabilities, and best (and worst!) practices.
