The Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® was established to empower high-school students with the tools necessary to become future leaders in the business realm. This yearlong afterschool program teaches participants leadership, financial literacy, college prep, and career readiness. The Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® Showcase is the culminating local event for the program year. This flagship event recognizes student accomplishments, announces scholarship recipients, and exhibits the hard work done in preparation for the National Business Case Competition to their family, friends, partners, and the community.

About the National Black MBA Association – Kentucky Chapter
Established in 1970, the National Black MBA Association is dedicated to the core mission of increasing the intellectual and economic wealth of African Americans. The National Black MBA Association – Louisville Chapter (dba National Black MBA Association – Kentucky Chapter) is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization that brings the national mission to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® is a yearlong, after school program that serves as the primary
means by which the Kentucky Chapter manifests the association’s mission for high school students by teaching them leadership, financial literacy, and college and career preparation. Additionally, two
scholarships are awarded to participating students each year.
