Thank you for your willingness to volunteer with Loop! You have a chance to help child with World Vision, enjoy a fun night of music, and spend some time with your friends! Please join us in making the evening a success. The night features: Phil Wickham, Passion Band, Chris Quilala from Jesus Culture, Cody Carnes and Lindy Conant. With special speaker Chad Veach.

Q: Will we get a free ticket into the concert?
A: When you sign up to volunteer you will not recieve a ticket (seat) into the concert. We will let you take shifts to go in a watch, but cannot promise a seat. You may end up standing in the back. Please note, you will stay busy! It is our best intention to let you see some of the show and we will try our best to allow you time for a break. So plan on working the begining, intermission, and end of the concert.
Q: How important is it that I arrive at 5:00PM?
A: Very important! We will be checking in all volunteers at 5:00PM for mandatory training. Please allow time for parking and getting to the entrance.
Q: How late will I need to stay?
A: We will need you until approximately 30 minutes after the concert finishes, this may be as late as 10:30PM. So be prepared to stay and help load out.
Q: Why is it important that I stay up to 30 minutes after the concert?
A: It's very important that you stay up to 30 minutes after the concert is over. When the concert finishes people tend to stop by the booths with questions or last minute purchases. The road reps also need help packing out and it's much harder if they are left alone to do all of this. We understand it gets late, however, we really need you to stay the whole time.

A: Once you sign up, we will be sending you a couple confirmation emails with all the information you need. And if you ever have any questions you can always contact us at: volunteer@loopevents.org
