Are you looking for a childbirth class in Kentuckiana, that gives you the flexibility of online learning, but also the support of in-person connections?
By taking the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will not only learn the evidence for your birth options in an online class, but you’ll also get to meet in-person with an experienced instructor and other parents in the Kentuckiana. area who are going through pregnancy and birth just like you! This class is limited to only 6 couples.
This Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is taught by Christy High, HCHI, HCHD, CPYT, Evidence Based Birth® Instructor. Christy is a Certified Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher who has been teaching Hypnbabies® and Evidence Based Birth® classes to parents and professionals since 2015!
In-Person and Online Class
We will have our first and last classes in-person, and you will do the rest of your learning online!
For the online learning portion, you and your partner will watch class videos on your computer or phone
For every video you watch on your own, you’ll earn points towards fun prizes!
You’ll have access to the Instructor during weekly Zoom sessions (video chat).
Class Dates: October 6th, 20th, 27th, November 3rd, 10th, 17th
First in-person class is Sunday, October 6, 2019, 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Online Virtual Classes will be 1 hour on Sundays 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Last in-person class is Sunday, November 3, 2019, 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Deluxe Registrants get one additional 45 minute zoom call to discuss their Birth Plan, PLUS a FREE birth ball.
The in-person sessions meet at Louisville Family Chiropractic - a beautiful and centrally located space.
