The School of Medicine is hosting this year's 2019 Stambaugh Lecture. Dr. Andrew Newberg is the guest speaker.
Dr. Newberg is a neuroscientist who is the Director of Research Marcus Institute of Integrative Health at Thomas Jefferson University, Professor in the Department of Integrative Medicine and Nutritional Sciences, and Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is also the author of two books; Neuroethology: How Science Can Enlighten Us About Spirituality, and How God Changes Your Brain: Breakthrough Findings from a Leading Neuroscientist.
Dr. Andrew Newberg's topic will focus on Neurotheology and Health: Exploring the Brain, Body, and Spirit Connection.
