Hey Silent Disco Crew,

The Louisville Underground opened it's doors in the February before the pandemic hit and a sell out silent disco crowd celebrated the new space. We were one of the first and the last events before the shut down. Our come back party was planned for NYE and then our dear community was hit by the Marshall Fire. Big Little Sound raised over $3,000 with an outdoor silent disco for Marshall Fire families in the spring and now are delighted to finally be back with two awesome Halloween Parties. All ages at 6pm and 21+ at 9.30pm. We are so excited to party with you again.

TICKET DETAILS:

Ticket sales are final and non refundable.

Ticket names can be changed up to 24hrs before the event.

Credit for another date where possible up to 24hrs before the event.

SECURITY:

Each headphone has a number and will be checked back in against your ticket. Any unreturned headphones or damaged headphones will incur a $75 replacement charge.

SAFE DANCING

Please be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of others while using the headphones . The headphones decrease your ability to hear regular noises on the street or your surrounding area. The headphones are also fitted with a volume switch so you can adjust the sound to an appropriate level for your safety and enjoyment.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs and/or video will be taken at silent discos.

By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

DISCLAIMER

All attendees participating in a Silent Disco do so at their own risk and waive any liability claims against Big Little Sound when they agree to rent the headphones . This includes personal injury as well as loss, damage or theft to any participants property while they are participating in a silent disco. Any minor under 18 years must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.

These headphones DO NOT work as normal headphones , they only connect to our silent disco equipment.
