The Social Entrepreneurship Club is hosting a Business Mixer Apr 26th from 5:30pm to 7pm at Metro United Way on E. Broadway. The Business Mixer is geared to expose current U of L students to one of the most important aspects of business and the life of a social entrepreneur, networking! The aim is to have students network with their fellow colleagues who have social entrepreneurial spirits as well as with professionals from the city of Louisville to gain experience and insight. We will have a few speakers from their respective social enterprise backgrounds introduce themselves, talk about what they do, and offer business advice to the up and coming professionals and social entrepreneurs in attendance. Overall, we hope this serves as a great opportunity for students to start making business connections in “the real world” and to stimulate the social entrepreneurial spirit within everyone in attendance.
